Bangkok’s B.Duck festival turns centralwOrld into a family-friendly attraction, with the B.Duck festival combining a giant yellow installation, indoor play zones and evening lights.

A playful draw in central Bangkok

The B.Duck festival has opened in the heart of Bangkok, turning the space outside centralwOrld into a bright, crowded stop for residents and visitors. The event celebrates the iconic yellow duck’s 20th anniversary with a 12-metre installation that anchors the site and gives the area a festival feel.

The B.Duck festival mixes family entertainment with a contemporary lifestyle setting, so it is not just a photo stop. Organisers have built the experience around both children and adults, making it suitable for mixed-age visits in the city centre.

What visitors can do

The main attraction is a covered, air-conditioned dome with obstacle courses. Inside, visitors will find giant slides and climbing zones. Outside, a classic fairground area offers skill games and casual entertainment.

A pop-up store adds limited souvenirs and themed ice cream, which gives the festival a shopping-and-snacking layer as well as a play zone. That combination helps explain why the B.Duck festival has become so popular with crowds on site.

Night-time lights and atmosphere

The experience changes after dark. The “Glow In The Duck” show begins in the evening with LED lighting and music, creating the most dramatic part of the programme. For travellers already in central Bangkok, it offers an easy night activity without leaving the downtown area.

Because the festival runs daily from 14:00 to 22:00, it can fit around daytime sightseeing, dinner plans or shopping in the same district.

Tickets and practical details

Entry to the event costs 250 baht for the basic ticket. That price includes special non-slip socks. A deluxe package costs 888 baht and includes extra merchandise.

The B.Duck festival runs every day until 20 September 2026. For visitors building a Bangkok itinerary, it is a short, centrally located activity rather than a full-day outing, but the combination of a giant duck installation, indoor play space and evening illumination makes it a distinctive city-centre stop.
